The Eatery Week 6

29 May

Tough week.  First I had dental surgery so I actually ate very little and only vegetarian until Thursday, but my diet was totally unbalanced.  Then I went to LA for a weekend where it was unhealthy, plus I had been starving all week from only eating soup, trader joe mini mufins, and yogurt.  Nonetheless, it was not as unhealthy as I think I would have been since starting to keep myself accountable.  I hope so anyway.  Was pretty bloated this morning, so will be healthier the rest of this week.. especially since I’m going to vegas next weekend.

Another issue is now this process and tracking is 6 weeks old.  It’s not as exciting anymore to do this, so now it has to become a force of habit.

Fitocracy Week 6

29 May

Woo hoo leveled up and plan to do so this week and grab another 1000 points!  Free of my night classes finally.

The plan:

-150 minutes of walking (Did 235 last week, only 5 min off goal)

– W, T, Sun 40 minutes at gym (20 cardio/20 weightlift split except Sunday depending on how knee feels after volunteering on sat)

Was out of town and had no place to plug this in.  Totally started to skid off a normal sleep cycle though, and I’m totally sleep today.  Gotta stay 7  hours consistent.

For the rest of the week:

– Two-three pomodoros on Wednesday to finish Financial Statement analysis class depending on when I get home.  I need to spend two-three during the day to wrap up some items there as well.

-Thursday one pomodoro due to travel.  Would still like some time devoted to GMAT items at this point.

-Friday four pomodoros for any class wrap-up and GMAT.

Did not update Thurs due to travel.  I still did pomos and track everything though.  Need to plan on what to do if schedule is off for upcoming weeks.  I’m strongly taking on the mantra “what I do everyday matters more than what I do once in awhile”.

Pomodoro Tuesday 5/22/12

I’m very happy with Pomodoros for Sunday.  Got a lot done in terms of finishing up my Financial Statement Analysis class online that I will wrap up this week.  I have one pomodoro at home Monday and Tuesday with one each day during day not at home, right on scope.

For the rest of the week:

– I need to remember to update this Thursday and Sunday for beginning of the week planning.
