Good week!  Condensing these updates.  GMAT is in 7 weeks so my focus is on stasis and sanity while most of time is devoting to studying:

  • 150 minutes of walking
  • 180 minutes of other exercise (about half hour a day including the three 10 minute vibram runs
  • 30 minutes of running (10 minute splits)
  • Eatery score of 80% as goal
  • Sleep 7 hours a night
