Study Schedule for Rest of Week

25 Jul

Weds:

  • 6:15-7:15 am 2 pomo Chinese and Math
  • (Gym after work)
  • 7:45-10:00 pm 1 pomo math; 3 pomo verbal; international finance course review

Thurs:

  • 6:00-7:15 am 1 pomo Chinese and Math; 1 pomo verbal; 1 pomo finance
  • 9:00-10:00 1 pomo verbal; 1 pomo Chinese

Friday

  • 6:15-7:15 am 2 pomo Chinese and Math
  • (Gym after work)
  • 7:45-9:30 pm 1 pomo math; 2 pomo verbal; international finance course review

Saturday

  • 6:30-7:30 1 pomo math, 1 pomo verbal & Chinese 
  • 7:30-10:00 International Finance HW and Reading

Sunday

  • 11:00am-12:30pm Finance Homework
  • 3:00-4:00 1 pomo verbal & Chinese, 1 pomo math
  • 5:00 – ? Finance Homework and Review

Eatery/Fitocracy/SleepCycle 7/24/12

Good week!  Condensing these updates.  GMAT is in 7 weeks so my focus is on stasis and sanity while most of time is devoting to studying:

  • 150 minutes of walking
  • 180 minutes of other exercise (about half hour a day including the three 10 minute vibram runs
  • 30 minutes of running (10 minute splits)
  • Eatery score of 80% as goal
  • Sleep 7 hours a night

Alcohol consumption fail mainly.  Gained back 3 lbs in last two-three weeks.  Going an alcohol fast for four months to keep mind clear and body healthy during B-School App process.

Yay, leveled up!  Weekly goal reached in that regard.

Week’s goals:

  • Three days of running 10 minutes each using vibrams (scaled this down due to some knee pain and general vibram revenge)
  • Two days of lifting
  • 150 minutes of walking
  • One other day of activity
